A few points to note regarding the drop down cabinet:
The original hardware that allows the cabinet door to open in place is missing (as photographed), a gold hinge has been put in as a replacement at some stage, also the side arms that assist the door in dropping down and stop it in place are a little bent, so can require some adjusting for the drop down to open.
