Designed by Fred Lowen and Ernst Roddeck in the mid-1960’s.
Fans of the Tessa T21 style will see how this earlier release by Fler formed as
inspiration for the T21.
The ‘Flerena’ model rarely comes up in the market, we have had only a handful through the doors in our 13 years of trading.
Condition:
The pair present well for the age, they have had one owner since their purchase.
You will find some wear to the timber armrests, consistent with their age.
The black vinyl presents well; I believe they were
reupholstered at some stage in their history.
One of the armchairs has a missing timber section cover on the steel frame spoke base.
The footstool support is best suited for use as a footstool only, rather than for
sitting on.
A wonderful seat in its current order, looks and feels great, and offers good
comfort and support. We also offer a reupholstery and restoration service should you wish to transform the set to ‘as new’.
