Mid-century Joe Rufenacht designed Dining Suite. Made in South Australia.
Features a large extension table in light beech timber with six matching chairs.
The chairs were professionally reupholstered around 10 years ago in a beige suede style fabric.
Conditon is good vintage overall, the table presents well with solid structure and smooth extension function. Expect some surface wear to the main table top consistent with age. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable, however some of the upholstery shows light marking that has not fully lifted with cleaning.
Great piece to enjoy as is, with the option to re-upholstetr the chairs in the future as your family grows or your style evolves.
One chair retains the original makers mark, confirming authenticity.
